We need a person who is skilled in graphic and web site design. This person must be able to take a lead position, be able to work with others and be skilled in: Html, Flash , Dreamweaver , General Website Structures.

It would be advantageous if the candidate is also experienced in:
PHP,my SQL , Java Script
